Natural gas emerges as one of the most rational, prospective, and reliable alternatives, particularly for Indonesia, to serve as an energy source replacing the role of crude oil. Therefore, through our services, we endeavor to assist in ensuring that the utilization of natural gas as an energy source can be accessed and maximized by the wider community, especially for corporations.
About Us
Nusabara Gas is a company that has been specializing in the energy sector since 2008, primarily focusing on natural gas. Some of the business lines currently operated by Nusabara Gas include the trading of natural gas/CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), provision of CNG transportation services, assembly of CNG installation support equipment, and others. Presently, Nusabara Gas operates a mother station/natural gas filling station located in Semarang City, Central Java, with a capacity of 2500 mmbtu/day. This station serves the supply of natural gas for the Central Java region and its surroundings.

Objectives
As oil reserves continue to deplete alongside a persistent upward trend in prices, the world is gradually urged to emancipate itself from its reliance on crude oil as a source of energy for life and seek alternative sources instead.

Mission
Together with our customers, we aspire to move forward collectively in seeking solutions to energy issues such as the burden of rising energy costs, environmentally friendly energy, supply continuity, and more

Why Choose CNG?
Cost Reduction
Compared to the energy costs incurred using raw oil-based materials, utilizing CNG is significantly cheaper as the price of CNG gas is relatively lower than that of energy from other sources.
Stable Price
Typically, industrial fuel prices such as diesel, coal, LPG, and others fluctuate in line with global price references. However, CNG prices are more stable as they are not tied to global price benchmarks. CNG prices are revised only annually, and there may not necessarily be an increase every year. Factors influencing CNG prices include logistics costs and CNG equipment investment costs. Therefore, even if there is a price increase, it is not significant
Co-Generation
The combustion of CNG offers the advantage of achieving combustion efficiency through the utilization of cogeneration principles, or the combined production of heat and power. In this manner, the heat generated from natural gas can be used to produce power (for electricity or other purposes), while simultaneously, the generated heat can be employed for boiling water, generating steam, and even for chiller purposes. The utilization of CHP (combined heat and power) can achieve thermal efficiency of up to 85%.
Sustainability Supply
Based on 2010 data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the estimated amount of natural gas reserves in Indonesia is approximately 157.14 TCF. Of this total, 108.4 TCF constitutes proven reserves, while the remaining 48.74 TCF is potential reserve.
Efficient & Clean
Compared to other fuels, natural gas combustion yields the most efficient combustion compared to other fuels. Efficient and clean combustion helps keep burner engines or boilers clean for extended periods, thereby reducing the time needed for cleaning tasks.
Eco Friendly
According to data from the US Environmental Protection Agency, natural gas is the fuel with the lowest emissions compared to other fossil fuel sources. The following table illustrates the emission level comparison with crude oil and coal.
Business Process

CNG Filling Station
The first stage involves filling CNG gas from our filling stations into tube skids (CNG transport tube trucks) at our CNG filling station.

Transportation
The second stage entails transporting the CNG-filled tube skids to the customer’s factory location. A number of tube skids, serving as main stock and buffer stock, are then positioned near the Pressure Reducing System and CNG generator installations at the customer’s factory site.

Daughter Station
The third stage involves distributing the gas from the tube skids to the customer’s CNG installation pipelines.
